  I visited this property based on a favorable recommendation from a current resident and initially had a positive experience. Ms. Uleeka was professional and helpful during my visit. I applied for an apartment and was notified on December 30, 2025 that my application was denied. I submitted an appeal on January 6, 2026. As of March 2, 2026, I have received no communication regarding the status of that appeal. I have returned to the leasing office multiple times seeking clarification and was repeatedly told that no appeal decisions had been received. During my most recent visit, I was informed that appeals are not handled at the property level. When I requested direct corporate contact information to follow up independently, I was provided a business card that redirected inquiries back to the property rather than to corporate. Which I believe was purposely done. While my initial interaction was positive, the ongoing lack of transparency, inconsistent information, dismissive and condescending demeanor from the receptionist during repeated visits were/are concerning. Applicants should not be required to make multiple in-person visits simply to obtain basic information about the status of an appeal. Clear communication, a defined appeal process, and consistent handling of applicant inquiries are essential for fair and professional property management.

  Me and my fiancé were in the neighborhood, looking for apartments and this was our first stop in our search and on arrival the area looks very beautiful. However, when entering the office, no one greeted us right away and then a lady who I assume was in charge came out and after explaining that we were in the area looking for apartments and just seeking information about the property, she the tells us “what unit do you want?” Well for starters how about we take a seat somewhere in this BIG FRONT OFFICE and actually hear about what you have to offer instead of standing at the front desk like your taking orders for a fast food restaurant. Very missed opportunity for the team at lakeside pointe and townhomes

  I wish I could give them no stars. I don’t know who’s started managing recently but they are charging people late fees on rent not even a whole 8 hours after the 1st, if I get paid on Thursday/Friday and they’re not holding their end of the 3-5 day grace period which is illegal by the way, its very predatory. And if it was someone who was having trouble paying it all up front and just needed a little grace period to get it all why would you charge them more when they were already have trouble getting it all at the same time that just makes it harder. That’s evil! This place isn’t it. And nothing they say will change the fact that they are predators. Why wait until you get a bad review to pretend to care? Why are you trying to pretend you’re going to help on a post online when you should have just done right by a paying tenant who has lived here for years at this point. Things have gone way downhill and I will be moving when my lease is over. I’m sick of these kinds of people. And the crazy part is there’s things that don’t work in these apartments and the maintenance is horrible nothing gets fixed. They want you to pay them when they want it immediately but you can be having issues with the apartment for years and nothing gets done about it. But they’ll be ready to charge you for rent even though they don’t do their part. The walls are cracking. Looks like structural issues. Save your money and your peace of mind because you won’t here! Been complaining about the same issues for 2.5 years already. Y’all want low income people to live here but you want to put them in a bad place by trying to shake them for money they barely have already and then you turn people away that make over a certain amount. Make it make sense. You would think because we are lower income you would try to help but they’re just worried about making money not caring about the responsibilities that come with it. How are you charging people an extra $165 not even a whole day after the first. That’s illegal.
