  Maintenance staff are friendly, but unfortunately kindness doesn’t make up for the lack of quality in their work. A few months after moving in, our washer broke and despite submitting multiple service requests, it was never repaired. The trash situation is also poorly managed — within days of pickup, garbage is scattered throughout the property. In nearly two years of living here, the front gate was never once operational which makes the “Gated Community” claim absolutely pointless. Management is unhelpful and often rude, the neighborhood is consistently noisy, and the sidewalks are covered in duck feces. Our unit itself came with visible cracks in the walls, laminate flooring worn down to the concrete, and a broken garage door. Overall, this property is not well-maintained, and the issues far outweigh any positives. I would recommend either of the properties near it——The Reserve at Tranquility Lake, or the Tranquility Lakeside Luxury Apartments.

  Worst apartments in Pearland. This apartment gate been broke for 4 years. When it comes to maintenance, good luck having any maintenance show up or complete the job.

  After reviewing the website for qualifications, I phoned and spoke with a representative. She was the one that I read about online. I applied with the preapproval online application. I was approved. I visited the location and was given a tour of the apartment. I was emailed the formal application. I completed the application, submitted all documents including annual payroll but was declined although my annual payroll amount was under the required threshold. The application gives you two options to have your deposit returned if not approved. Mail or Next day. I chose next day. It's now been 5 days since I was declined stating too much income. When asked about the status of the return of my deposit I am being told that only the people in the office are allowed to contact their accounting department via email and that I have to wait until they receive an answer about when and how I will receive my deposit back. In the meantime, I have no residence. I have tried calling but now no one will answer. I googled the management company hoping to receive some assistance. I found Dominium contact page, no number no email. I did leave my contact information, but no one has contacted me yet. Someone from Lakeside Pointe or Dominium please do the right thing and contact me with a status update for the return of my funds. I electronically transferred them with ease. Please return them with the same ease. You have my contact information. Thank you

  From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank God for Uleeka Kennard! I’ve learned to follow both my heart and my mind — and they both say to always communicate with you. You are the definition of professionalism: attentive to detail, understanding, relatable, respectful, and always responsive to the needs of your tenants. You do exactly what you say you’re going to do, and that means everything. Since you’ve come to these apartments/townhomes, I haven’t had a single issue until I tried dealing with someone else in the office. That’s when I realized: we need more Uleekas in this world. You are truly appreciated, and from now on, I will trust my instincts and deal only with you. Uleeka, you rock for real. 💯
