The move in process was pretty easy, Vernarda and other staff had everything ready for me and explained everything in detail for my move in. Vernarda is extremely nice and professional, and made me feel at home before I even moved in. I had a few minor issues with a lock and a sink faucet at first, but both issues were resolved within a day or two once I submitted requests for repair. The property manager personally reached out to me to to inform me about some countertops being replaced, which I appreciated. The only minor thing I’ve noticed is that the trash compactor seems to get full pretty quickly, so people start stacking trash bags outside of it pretty fast, which is an eyesore, but it’s minor in my opinion (I don’t live next to it). This is also sometimes caused by people assuming it is broken and fail to even open the door to check if there is space in there. Just laziness on their end, but again, something minor. No other issues so far, I certainly hope it stays that way. Nobody is perfect, so they got 4 stars from me. I do enjoy it so far!

Rigo, Vernarda and Bethany were incredibly patient and helpful, answering all of my questions with care. They are so welcoming, and having a good management team like this is so important. The maintenance team is also great very quick to resolve any issues. A big plus is having cameras and alarms already installed which gives a great peace of mind . The application process was smooth and fast; we even got accepted the same day! I definitely recommend moving to Avenues!
