My apartment is modern, quiet, and impeccably clean, with no annoying disturbances from neighboring units. The property grounds are consistently manicured and well maintained, with no trash, cluttered patios, or loose pets in common areas. Maintenance requests are promptly followed up on—typically within 24 hours—which speaks to the high level of care and professionalism here. The upscale amenities and overall quality of the property make me feel like a truly valued resident. I feel blessed and grateful to be part of such a beautiful community, and I would especially like to thank Ms. McCormick, Senior Property Manager, along with her outstanding and professional office staff for being so helpful with my move in.

When I first called to set up a tour I spoke with Narda, she was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. She let me know our tour would be with Rigo. Rigo was very nice, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He made the tour fun, plus answered all our questions and introduced us to the Manager- Beverly, who was also very nice and welcoming. Since I’ve been here, I have met the rest of people in the office which is Sarah, Narda and the maintenance men, Peter and Sam. Each one of them have been so welcoming, easy to speak with, friendly, Professional and knowledgeable. Maintenance issues are usually done same day or the next day. All of these employees make you feel at home, they all care about their jobs and the tenants. Thanks for everything, and making the apartment feel like home!

He was very welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable throughout our interaction, and he immediately made me feel comfortable. Although I was unable to move forward at this time due to financial constraints, he was encouraging and supportive regarding future possibilities. I truly appreciated the experience and would highly recommend his services.

Narda made our transition so smooth and easy. Rigo literally held my hand while listening to me vent (more than once)! They were so supportive and amazing through this whole process and I’m so sincerely grateful!!!

I ended my stay here to move into a house, but if I had to choose .. I would choose tbis place all over again for apartment living. I also had really awesome neighbors.
