- BRBlanca rodriguez3 days ago5.0Rigo was extremely professional and helpful ! When we first toured he did amazing at showing us the complex, he was funny and made us feel comfortable which made the experience more enjoyable! We toured all of our apartments in one day and at the end of the day we automatically knew this one was the right choice for us. The pool is beautiful, the gym is 24 hours ,their business center is nice and spacious plus there’s a neighborhood Walmart not even 5 minutes away and we are right by the mall ,a bunch of restaurants and other stores so this is very convenient! Rigo helped answer all of our questions in regards of setting up as well!

We are absolutely so comfortable here. We have two small children, & they love it here. It truly is the safest community I have lived in. The maintenance crew is amazing. Lazaro & Peter thank you for everything you guys do, & do so quickly & efficiently. My little family & I love it here so much we literally just signed our lease renewal earlier today. Having a husband who works out of town 75% of the time, I needed a safe place for the kids & I to live in. This place is absolutely it. Thank you again Rigo & Avenues for being so professional & so understanding with us always. We plan to stay here until we are ready to buy our first home 😇

Maintenance crew, Sam, Peter, Pablo, and all whom I’ve forgotten your names you were the most helpful, kindest, friendliest and all around just the most amazing wonderful people I’ve ever met. Thank you All for making living there a truly wonderful place for me. You All will truly be missed.

They have great communication when it comes to having any issues and are super quick to fix them. Bethany has always been super friendly and helpful to our family. By far, we rate these apartments a 10 out of 10. I would definitely recommend to a friend.
