- BGBradley GDec 17, 20251.0This apartment complex is subpar to say the least. Where to begin. The dog poop is out of control it’s everywhere even in the hallways sidewalks at times. Neighbors put their trash outside anytime of day. Once the valet trash picks up the trash you can see the trash streak marks up and down the hallway and all over the stairs. The trash company is hit and miss. The rent is affordable but you are looking at an additional 130+ in fees. I saw a review about the electric and insulation being poor and driving up the electric bill that is also true.. The hot water heating sounds like someone is breaking in and they only can say it’s normal. The water is disgusting. Pretty sure you can find a better ran property. Also the prices don’t reflect the true value because the company is using real page. Check out the lawsuit on that. Signed I wouldn’t even let my worst enemy stay here.

Brandye and Monica are two of the most professional and caring people ever and I am grateful that I got to know them. I recommend this place to anybody who wants a place that’s quiet, feels like home and a great staff.
