  I would like to shout out Alyssa, I am relocating from California to Texas due to work. Alyssa turned something that was very chaotic into something very smooth while keeping me updated with everything going on while I am still here in California. I appreciate the support and guidance since this is my FAMILYS first time in Texas. She told me about the local schools , as well as shopping centers around the area. I appreciate her and how helpful she has been.

  This apartment complex is subpar to say the least. Where to begin. The dog poop is out of control it’s everywhere even in the hallways sidewalks at times. Neighbors put their trash outside anytime of day. Once the valet trash picks up the trash you can see the trash streak marks up and down the hallway and all over the stairs. The trash company is hit and miss. The rent is affordable but you are looking at an additional 130+ in fees. I saw a review about the electric and insulation being poor and driving up the electric bill that is also true.. The hot water heating sounds like someone is breaking in and they only can say it’s normal. The water is disgusting. Pretty sure you can find a better ran property. Also the prices don’t reflect the true value because the company is using real page. Check out the lawsuit on that. Signed I wouldn’t even let my worst enemy stay here.

  I'm newly to the community. I just want to say that the management team Mr Steve ms Monica, and Ms Jessica are some awesome management team 👏🏾. I had an issue at first,but Mr. Steve was right on it and made sure everything was good. Thank you again Mr Steve even though I couldn't make up my mind at first,but you was there very helpful. Also ms Monica thank you for helping my sister. Those other apartments really did her wrong thank you all again

  Not a spam... But I will properly give you why I am rating you a one star. Not luxury at all!! I visited months back and notice that the gate was jammed and wasnt fixed when I was in the process of deciding what apartments to live in. I didn't have the friendliest service in the front office when I was looking for an apartment. The guy who mention was the assistant manager was rude and didnt seem like he cared to help me.
