  I would like to shout out Alyssa, I am relocating from California to Texas due to work. Alyssa turned something that was very chaotic into something very smooth while keeping me updated with everything going on while I am still here in California. I appreciate the support and guidance since this is my FAMILYS first time in Texas. She told me about the local schools , as well as shopping centers around the area. I appreciate her and how helpful she has been.

  This apartment complex is subpar to say the least. Where to begin. The dog poop is out of control it’s everywhere even in the hallways sidewalks at times. Neighbors put their trash outside anytime of day. Once the valet trash picks up the trash you can see the trash streak marks up and down the hallway and all over the stairs. The trash company is hit and miss. The rent is affordable but you are looking at an additional 130+ in fees. I saw a review about the electric and insulation being poor and driving up the electric bill that is also true.. The hot water heating sounds like someone is breaking in and they only can say it’s normal. The water is disgusting. Pretty sure you can find a better ran property. Also the prices don’t reflect the true value because the company is using real page. Check out the lawsuit on that. Signed I wouldn’t even let my worst enemy stay here.

  I just transferred here for work from Seattle Washington. The office staff could not have been more inviting and helpful with helping me find an apartment that fit best for me. The entire process was quick and Lisa the community manager walked me through each step and answered all of my questions with a smile…and I had a TON of questions.
