  This is going into my 4th year as a resident at the Portofino Senior Living. These people making positive posts haven’t been here long enough to experience the truth. The first two years were great. This past year was totally horrible. The current community manager is an awful liar. Maintenance gets very little done to say something good. I have requests over a year old. They can’t even get a light bulb for the microwave. The unit I live in just failed the city’s inspection in five different categories. The smoke detector in the master bathroom beeps at all times of day and night. Even was doing it during the inspection. No one has come to do anything about it. Probably, because I’m moving out at the end of April. Avoid this property at all cost.

  This is by far the absolute worst apartment management I have ever dealt with. I contacted the office regarding a two bedroom apartment for my mother-in-law. We scheduled an appointment for 2:30 PM and I drove an hour and 15 minutes to the property. when I got here, no one would answer the door. There was a sign on the door saying that they were touring however I found out that they were just taking lunch. I waited around for almost 45 minutes before anyone even acknowledge me.during that time there were two women in the office the assistant manager and the property manager who saw I was standing outside and never even tried to help. They pointed at the door and then covered their face As if they were frustrated, I was there. When I finally was able to come into the office, the assistant manager Had no idea who I was, and never took down any of my information over the phone. After everything, they did not have any apartment to show whatsoever, so it was a complete waste of time.

  If you are planning on visiting a family member that lives here, keep an eye on your vehicle. The apt complex has tow trucks sitting around like vultures. You may walk out to your vehicle being towed or already gone. The leasing office staff gives misleading info about the vehicle registration process. They are supposed to tow unregistered vehicles. However, registered vehicles are being towed as well. This isn't just visitors vehicles, on a number of occasions, I've heard resedents trying to stop the tow truck driver for taking their registered vehicle, but they take it anyway. Then when you attempt to speak to the leasing office manager and they changed the rules as if it's a scam.

  Customer service was awesome Dexter greeted me so professional everything was nice and clean the tour was on point the lady's in the office was friendly and also greeted everyone that walk threw the door I immediately felt at home

  This is a wonderful place for sr’s. I have only been here a week, but very happy. Jessica (the asst manager) is so sweet a pleasure to deal with. Ask for her. The apartment is huge, very dog friendly, and the residents are very nice. The apartments look brand new with the exeption of my dishwasher and they are getting me a brand new one. Josh, the maintance man, is great prompt and communicates well. Give em a try!
