  My experience here was nothing but AMAZING. I came in a year ago just to “look” with absolutely nothing but dreams and hopes. I met the AMAZING Courtnie Campbell and told her I’d be back. I came back almost a year later and she made my dreams and hopes into reality. She was so patient and always there when I needed help with this entire process. I am very pleased with my new home. Thank so Much Courtnie!

  I just have to say, Courtnie was incredible throughout my entire home-buying journey. From day one, she made me feel comfortable and really took the time to understand what I needed. The process can be overwhelming, but she made everything feel so much easier to handle. She was always quick to respond, incredibly patient, and truly cared about making sure I felt confident every step of the way. Anytime I had questions or concerns, she was right there with answers and reassurance. I’m so thankful I had her by my side for such a big moment. She didn’t just help me buy a home—she made the entire experience a genuinely positive one I’ll always remember. Anyone who has the chance to work with her can feel confident knowing they’re in excellent hands.

  We visited Clayton home Center on February 28, 2026. Frankly, I wish I had visited them first. This was my 15th manufactured home dealer to visit. I’ve been shopping for MONTHS. Courtney was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about her products and frank about the pros and cons of the models. Not pushy, which was a first. I very highly recommend that you stop and ask to speak with her if you are shopping for a manufactured home.
