  Do not apply, front staff are rude including Lea and Kaitlyn. Lost $300. Asked to cancel app and refund app fees less credit check fees, they chose to keep all $300 rather than keep $50 and refund $250 like any other apartment in the area would do if you are unable to qualify for the unit or choose to cancel your application.

  I visited these apartments after having visited several apartments around the area. Julia gave me the tour and she answered all my questions. She was very polite and welcoming that I settled on living here. She made the entire process easy for me. I'm on my 2nd week here and I've have nothing but good things to say about these apartments and the staff here.

  Hello I am leaving a 5 star review as I have just purchased a residence here from a salesperson named Julia. Julia helped me from a walk in and was very kind and professional and convinced me to look into a residence here. Julia showed better people handling skills than any other apartments salespeople I have spoken to and led to believe that this complex is very high quality

  Kaitlyn was amazing help she was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process she answered all my questions clearly made everything feel smooth and stress free I truly appreciate her patience and excellent customer service !

  I had a great experience touring this apartment. Kaitlyn was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to answer all my questions. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I really appreciated how smooth and informative the tour was. Definitely one of the better apartment tours I’ve had!
