Love the space, affordabilitt, location, walkability. Unfortunate to not have balcony access but tbh its not as big a deal as i thought it might be. The prices of the apartments seem to reflect this for us. 10/10

- LELynsey EppersonNov 7, 20255.0Huge shout out to Donald! He was a huge help fixing the under cabinet lights in the kitchen. While I thought it was just the bulbs, it ended up being the bulbs and a new unit. He has always been so great about getting things fixed quickly.
- JGJake GJan 20, 20225.0This is the second time I have moved into the Venue, and it has been an amazing experience each time. This is by far the most welcoming community I have ever lived it. The residents are nice and are mostly hardworking professionals. the office staff is prompt and polite, and the maintenance guys are beyond friendly and helpful. I'm a paraplegic and they have helped me with anything I may have needed. They were always just a phonecall away. Today they helped me move a couch into my unit that was just dropped off outside my door. The community is very safe, and there are multiple amenities and restaurants withing walking distance. I would recommend this community to any of my friends and or family.
