Worst HOA management company that we have had in the 8 years we lived in champion circle. They are an epic failure on many accounts. They don’t mail out bills for HOA dues then send out letters for past due. If I never received the original bill and the next bill only comes when you send a letter I am late. Obviously if I had been sent the bill it would be paid. It was paid the first day I actually received a bill. They left me purposefully off the last ballot to be on the board in May after they received everything required within the required deadline. They purposefully send notices to certain houses, but not others. Corrupt and incompetent. I walk through the neighborhood and chat with neighbors if they have a notices for violations. Often times their response is no. I see their compliance car always make sure to pass by my house. They send pictures that are blurry of alleged violations. Hope they eventually are dropped like all the other management companies and we get someone who is fair and competent.

I have been dealing with Allison McCleskey, Community Association Manager at Associa Principal Management Group of North Texas, and my experience has been extremely frustrating. Despite being a homeowner here for 3–4 years, I have repeatedly faced obstacles in paying my HOA fees because my property is held in a trust.
When I asked for the specific bylaws that allegedly prohibit payment under a trust, Allison told me they are in the portal — a portal I no longer have access to. Rather than providing direct documentation or guidance, she has been unhelpful and resistant, which gives the impression that the HOA is deliberately opposing my efforts to stay current on my account.
To make matters worse, the phone number in her signature routes only to an answering service that cannot address these issues, leaving homeowners without direct support.
As a paying homeowner, I find this unacceptable and very disappointing. Transparency and cooperation should be the standard, not roadblocks.
