  Angel is awesome he came into the apt and cleaned the gutters, fixed the toilet floater, replaced the light bulbs in the kitchen and put in a new thermostat for the ac. These apts are older sure but if there is maintenance there on it.

  Wow, I must say Angel the maintenance supervisor He’s doing a great job here at the property. It’s hard to find good maintenance. I’m glad to have him at our community.

  Angel and Jose were nothing short of professional and efficient. They came in and looked over everything and quickly diagnosed the issue. Within minutes they had my AC back up and running. And they came in just before 5 pm which is almost unheard of as most other guys would've put us on the to do list for the next day. Thank you guys. You did an excellent job.

  I've been here 3 months and I come home to the ceiling falling down. Water had been leaking and there's black mold.
