  As a current resident who's been staying for several months... I love it here! From the minute I stepped into the leasing office, I've been treated like nothing less than a welcome guest here. Angel was truly a delight as she gave me the initial tour, and just the amenities had me sold, lol. The gym is well equipped with every machine you'll need for every day of your split for push pull and legs. And new equipment too! I love showing off what I call the yoga room, with a barre, cycling bikes and all your extracurricular physical needs, as well as a huge tv to follow along to so many workout videos! I can't wait to bring my pets to the indoor pet spa as well! The whole leasing office and club house smells amazing with every room's custom air freshener, and I look forward to making my latte's everyday with the complimentary machine! I also look forward to Saturdays where they have COMPLIMENTARY MIMOSAS in the morning !!!! LOVE IT lol. Then the actual apartments, omg. Even after filling my new apartment with furniture and my clutter, they still feel so open and aesthetic with the bar stool vibe from the lving room and kitchen. The marble countertops and silver appliances feel very chique, and the him and hers sinks in the bathroom are such a plus. None of the rooms feel too small, and they have the biggest walk in closets I've seen since touring so many apartments around here! I love looking out at the infinity pool with the lights that come on every night, and as a woman, I love the increased security protection of electronic locks on every door, and I can remotely lock, unlock and set the temperature! The maintenance here is AMAZING compared to anywhere else I've lived. When I send a request through the app for absolutely anything, be it in the morning or night, it's always been listened to, acknowledged and fixed within 24 hours. The management team really does a phenomenal job with doing what they can, and I love participating in the monthly events, such as paint and sips and raffles. Anytime I need to print anything out or ask any questions, they are quick, attentive and respectful. The valet is nice to have with the included admin fees, as they never skip my trash or leave the corridor a mess. The only thing I don't love completely here is the wifi included in the admin fee. It's just like any other apartment wifi where it can be fine for just one person, but anything else, especially if you play video games or plan to people over, is slower, can lag out sometimes, or just take forever to load. I also have to reconnect my TV to it pretty consistently unfortunately. I plan on looking to set up another wifi router in my apartment when I upgrade in the future. If there was a way I could opt out of the wifi here and use those funds to go on my own, I would definitely be interested! Aside from that, I really do love it here! I look forward to the warmer weather and enjoying the pool area, barbecue grills and inviting my family over to enjoy the cornhole they have next to the pool. As well as the outdoor yoga area! The payment process here is also easy to work with, and anytime I've had a question after going through how to set it up with Edyn, the team is swift with a patient response on how to best help me out. I look forward to being here for a long time, thanks guys!

  I have to say, this place has truly exceeded my expectations. It’s one of the cleanest and most beautiful places I’ve come across so far… everything is well-maintained and feels like home the moment you walk in. A special shoutout to Angel, who was absolutely exceptional and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I also want to thank Edyn, who didn’t hesitate to step in on a day Angel was off. Their professionalism and kindness made everything so much easier. I absolutely love it here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

  My boyfriend and I moved in at the beginning of March this year and so far the whole experience has been great! The office staff made the application and approval process quick and easy. All the office staff are amazing! Especially our leasing agent Edyn who is just so awesome! They all worked hard to get us into our new place in a week. We have had a couple very minor repairs that needed to be done after move in and we were very impressed with the maintenance man, Gilbert. We put in our maintenance request on the portal one night and he was there the very next day and had the repairs done within an hour. Overall, we’re very happy with the complex, our unit and all the staff. We are happy that we decided to sign the 18 month lease

  I can't believe it's been a year since we moved here! Time flies when you're having fun! Management is very neighborly, you forget they work here and always eager to assist. The community is lucky to have Gilbert, from our previous community, who gets things done right away and always with a smile. Free cable and internet package included, yeah we'll be renewing our lease for sure!

  So happy we found the Abbey! We've been residents for almost 2 months now and we love it! Great amenities- from the gym to the pool to the awesome coffee machine in the clubhouse. And lets not forget mimosa Saturdays! Everyone in the office is amazing- Denise, Edyn, Angel and Javier are all super friendly and genuinely happy to see you! They answered all of our questions when we visited and continue to be extremely helpful and welcoming! They are one of the reasons we immediately felt at home from the minute we saw the place!
