- MMMichael MendezJul 5, 20251.0I recently visited the community that left much to be desired. The drive into the area was sketchy, with the community awkwardly tucked into an older residential neighborhood. There’s absolutely no sense of privacy—homes are crammed together, and it feels more like an afterthought than a thoughtfully planned development. The sales representative was particularly off-putting. Rather than listening to our needs or answering questions respectfully, he repeatedly boasted, “We’re Toll Brothers—everyone wants to buy from us,” as if that alone justified the poor experience. His attitude came off as rude and arrogant, which only added to our discomfort. As for the home itself, it looked and felt cheaply made. The materials and finishes didn’t reflect the price point or the brand’s reputation. It was a major letdown. Overall, this was a bad experience from start to finish. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here—there are far better options out there that offer quality, privacy, and respectful service.
