- CCCarolineJan 16, 20263.0I purchased in the neighborhood 12 months ago. Promised amenities have not been started and developer and HOA will not even provide a timeline of when a single amenity will be built. Lifetime HOA is dismissive. Ongoing construction in the neighborhood plus short driveways which cause homeowners to park over the sidewalk means that after purchasing your 1/2 million dollar home you get to walk around on the street dodging cars and construction. No park or community area. Kids throw the football in the street with no where else to play. Surrounding neighborhoods at lower price points have better amenities than we do. Paying HOA fees for what? Rallying the neighbors to look at options to hold developer accountable. Hopeful future home buyers looking will press for the amenities before signing.
