In all of our years dealing with builders in the Greater San Antonio area and beyond, we’ve never been treated with such disrespect. Kara’s behavior was downright rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional from the moment we walked in. It is astonishing that someone representing Centex would speak to potential buyers with that level of attitude. Her conduct reflects terribly on the company and should be addressed immediately by Centex leadership. No customer should have to deal with an employee who clearly has no interest in basic courtesy or professionalism.
