I got to meet Tyler who is working the neighborhood, and was really impressed with his enthusiastic positive attitude. Anything that I called out immediately got his guys on top of. He was really great with the client as well. Hope to bump into him again soon!

He kept us updated on everything going on with the build including any problems which arose. His knowledge was spectacular. He was clear and honest and definitely wanted us to be happy when we actually moved in. He continues to solve problems which have arisen after we moved in. Del Webb is very lucky to have a person like Tyler as Construction Manager. All new residents who worked with Tyler were even luckier. Five stars is just not enough to give him. I would say it should be at least TEN stars

He has kept us informed with weekly updates and always available to questions and requests. We feel he is building us a quality new home. If your thinking of buying a new Del Webb Veramendi home I hope you get Tyler as your building supervisor!

My experience with Cody who oversaw the entire construction process and Rikki in the sales office, and everyone I've interacted with at Del Webb has been extremely positive. Cody kept me informed about the building and progress of my home consistently--especially important as I was building while residing in another city. He took care to see the quality, service and timeliness of the building, while also going above and beyond to answer questions and provide assistance with the process. Cody and the building Team take great pride in their work. Rikki also made the purchase and selection process fun and easy, and has stayed in regular contact even through the building and move in phases, also keeping me informed about the progress on my home and helping me with various steps along the way. Cody and Rikki exemplify outstanding customer service, and I count myself fortunate I got to work with them both and the Del Webb team.
