His professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail were exceptional. He treats your home as if he was building it for himself. If you build in Veramendi then Tyler is your guy.

He kept us updated on everything going on with the build including any problems which arose. His knowledge was spectacular. He was clear and honest and definitely wanted us to be happy when we actually moved in. He continues to solve problems which have arisen after we moved in. Del Webb is very lucky to have a person like Tyler as Construction Manager. All new residents who worked with Tyler were even luckier. Five stars is just not enough to give him. I would say it should be at least TEN stars
