  My daughter and I have just moved in and we adore it so far! The pool area looks like its very well taken care of and cleaned! Very dog friendly with plenty of space to walk around, and plenty of gated areas for them to play and run around! The gym is well equipped and I cant wait to start working out! I very much appreciate the Apartment Managment staff (Sierra, Morgan, and Maddie) for always getting back to me when I had a concern or an issue, and recognizing not only me but my daughter aswell as people instead of some tenants to fill in space. Im so excited to be part of this community and to see what the future holds!

  Canyon House has by far been my favorite place to live! They’re in the most perfect area and their maintenance staff and front office staff have always been super helpful when I am in need. Maddie is one of the most kindest workers and is the most attentive when I have questions or concerns! The team and customer support is what makes these apartments my favorite by far, I hope others can experience the same hospitality and fall in love with these apartments the way that I did!

  Renters beware!!!!! My kids have had an unruly and noisy neighbor for going on a year, off and on. Management has refused to resolve the problem. If you're looking for peace and quiet, I wouldn't pick to live here.

  We really enjoy living at Canyon House Apartments in New Braunfels! We made sure we toured lots of spots before making our decision, and we ultimately settled here because we got the most bang for our buck! Large living space, amazing community amenities, dog friendly, and amazingly helpful staff. Maddie was our leasing consultant, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable, and that our puppy is comfortable as well. From our first tour with Maddie, to daily life and random questions she is always very happy to help us. We hope to stay here for a long time, and we have recommended Canyon House Apartments to everyone we know… even those we don’t know. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
