Glass doors from ceiling to floors allows for a perfect view of the backyard. I've closed buyer clients with Toll Brothers and have had a great experience. I see they close the model home down Wednesdays to make their client calls all day long. Follow up is important to myself & my clients so I appreciate their efforts and consistency. - TCTony ChengFeb 22, 20231.0i purchased a house last year and the house supposedly finishes construction this month. As everyone knows the market has dropped significantly so my wife and I asked for market adjustments and reductions. This whole process took minimum a month and the company was difficult to dealt with. Earlier this month i noticed a house with same floor plan and same upgrades was under contract for almost 150k less than mine, i immediately reached out to them and inquire what's going to happen to my resale value. Of course they don't give me any answers and responds with "Oh, we all are under contract so please fulfill the obligations". Once i hear that i reached out to Perry homes and dropped the house instantly. Perry home is in so many ways easier to work with and I don't have to worry about someone else buying a home at the same time as me for 150k less. Lesson learned here is unless you have the money and don't care about your resale, don't go with toll brother.
