  I've lived here for about 2 years now and I've had a great experience living here. The response time when putting in a maintenance request is very quick. The property is always well kept and clean. The staff are always friendly and ready to help.

  My daughter and I have lived here at Ridgeway for several months now. We love it! The staff is great. Office personnel as well as maintenance are always helpful and friendly. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced complex, I would definitely recommend RIDGEWAY!

  Great management! While the buildings are old, they're very serviceable. Whenever I have an issue management is very quick to act and keep me apprised of progress. They're very friendly, easy to talk to, and I've never had an issue with them. This will be my 3rd year staying here, and it's a pretty decent place.

  The office ladies were nice. My experience at ridgeway was not optimal, pests are a constant problem, fruit flies, ants, I had a rat at one point. They’ll ask you to get insurance to cover water damage, there is a reason for that. My upstairs neighbor left their tub on for ten hours and my roof in my bathroom collapsed. (My rent was not adjusted to accommodate inconveniences) My neighbor was a smoker and the wretched odor from his bad decisions befouled my pantry making it unusable for anything but canned goods. Pest control will come every other month, but it doesn’t seem to do much considering I still had pests despite keeping a clean home. Car windows were being broken into a week before I escaped this bad decision of an apartment complex, there are no security cameras to act as a deterrent for crime. Be mindful of your decision to live here. While the office folks are pleasant and easy to work with this place has A LOT of problems, and not enough effort is being put into solving the problems.

  Not happy about the rent going up 10% every year but really it's the fact that this year we couldn't even use the pool& it still went up ,last lease for me !
