  Great experience. Lived here for over a year, my wife and I really enjoyed it. All of the staff were always super helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking to looking to live in midlo!

  I love the convince of being centraly located to several business. The layout of the Apt is nice but it does have some problems. I think that the management here is exceptionaly nice and very very easy to do business with. You could not ask for a better management team than Candice and Cindy. The maintenance crew it also nice and easy to work with. Very friendly and always has a polite and nice smile for you.

  The layout is spacious and I love the grey walls with hardwood floors and white cabinets with tons of light and thick walls so I never hear my neighbors. What stands out the most is the staff! Candace & Cindy at the front office are always professional and very helpful and do everything with such grace amiability. Maintenance team is superb! Highly recommend peaceful and clean place to live.

  I moved in November 2025. Cindy was a BIG help during the process. I would call her for anything and everything & without hesitation she assist me with it all. It’s a very quiet place & everyone pretty much keeps to themselves (well at least in the building I live in do). Moving here has been the best decision for my family & I. Thanks Ridgeway Apartments & your GREAT staff (including maintenance) for all that y’all do to make us feel at home.

  Living at Ridgeway Apartments has been a wonderful experience for my family and me. We enjoy taking walks around the complex, and we truly appreciate how beautifully maintained the landscaping always is. The community feels very safe, quiet, and welcoming. Whenever any issues arise, the maintenance team and office staff respond promptly and handle everything in a timely and professional manner. Overall, it has been a great place to call home, and we feel comfortable and secure living here. #LoveLivingAtRidgeway
