    “¡Pesadilla total — NO lo renten!” Este lugar es una estafa. Mi apartamento no sirve para nada: la administración se lava las manos y no me quiere agregar una persona al contrato hasta el próximo año, como si eso fuera normal. La piscina está hecha un asco, sucia y mal cuidada —ni la limpian—. Además tienen un negocio con la grúa: te llegan a remolcar el carro si no tienes el sticker del condominio antes de las 9:00 AM y después de las 5:00 PM. Es una política absurda y claramente diseñada para sacar plata a la gente. La seguridad es bochornosa, la atención al vecino es pésima y la actitud del personal es de desprecio total. No recomiendo a nadie venir aquí —hay mejores opciones y más decentes donde te tratan con respeto. Si valoras tu tiempo y tu dinero, aléjate de este lugar.

    Fue un placer tratar con Denisse, tan cordial, atenta y profesional. Posee excelente dominio de su trabajo y buena presentación de sus apartamentos . Muy atenta y útil durante el proceso de mi búsqueda de un nuevo hogar. Su actitud positiva y hospitalidad hicieron que mi experiencia durante el proceso de aplicación fuera muy agradable y me siento muy bien recibida.

    Han mejorado mucho con respecto al trato a las personas. La señorita Denise es muy amable y trata de solucionar a la brevedad posible los inconvenientes junto a la señorita mia muy conforme con su atención. Espero sigan mejorando. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I hate having a bad experience to start the morning! I went by Scharbauer Flats apartment complex in Midland to follow-up on an apartment for a friend. We came by at the beginning of last week and were told it would be ready to see by Friday. The leasing manager (wish I would have gotten her name) was EXTREMELY rude to me and said her staff lied about the availability. She also refused to talk to me about the complex and said I need an appointment in the future (which we weren't told last week). Interestingly enough, she was standing outside when I walked up and I was approached by her, so I don't know why she acted that way. I wished her a good day and left! 😕 It appears to be a nice complex, but I wouldn't want my friend to have to try to deal with the management if that's how they act.
