  NEGLECTED & RIDICULOUS I cannot stress enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with WESTOVERON 80 APARTMENTS. From the moment I began moving in, it has been a series of unsafe, inconvenient, and poorly managed experiences. Day 1: Just 45 minutes of moving my belongings in, I received a call from the front office complaining about “disruptive music” coming from my apartment—even though there was none. This was an immediate example of a lack of professionalism and poor communication. Week 1: Trash disposal was completely suspended/repossessed . There was no garbage dumpster available, and residents were asked to store their trash in their homes for over two weeks. This caused massive piles of garbage outside the complex, creating both a health concern and an eyesore for residents. Week 2: I discovered three separate holes in different windows of my apartment. These holes caused rain to leak inside on two separate occasions, and despite my urgent attempts to have the problem resolved, it took four weeks for only two of the three holes to be repaired. The lack of urgency and care for basic maintenance was shocking. Ongoing issues (March 5th onward): I began noticing loud creatures scurrying inside my walls and trying to enter through the vents. Multiple attempts to reach maintenance or the office were ignored, and when I finally did get through, my concern was labeled as “low priority,” with no follow-up at all. Three weeks later, the problem has escalated—creatures are now consistently clawing through the vents. This is not only disturbing but also a serious safety and sanitation concern. Throughout my time here, I have seen a pattern of neglect, delayed or incomplete maintenance, and unresponsive management. Living here has been stressful, unsafe, and disappointing. I strongly caution anyone considering moving in—my experience has been nothing short of horrible. Ps I have documented all instances via video and would be pleased to share them with higher ups

  Dear Property "Management", Since the front office is inconsistently open with staff and manager present, as a tenant who consistently pays rent on time, I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the ongoing mismanagement of this property. For the second time in seven months, our dumpsters have been repossessed by the City of Mesquite due to non-payment of invoices. This lack of essential waste services is unacceptable and forces tenants to keep trash inside their units. Furthermore, the property suffers from consistent maintenance failures, including overgrown grass, the absence of contracted towing services, severe exterior water leaks, and a pool that remained green throughout the 2025 summer season. These persistent billing and maintenance issues reflect a disregard for tenant well-being. I expect these service failures to be addressed immediately.

  Nice managers and the maintenance man is a gift from God. Don’t waste a beat when it comes to fixing anything you need done. I just love my apartment !!! I get to enjoy my grandchildren when they come visit on my back patio. Lots of field space to play with them.
