  Highly recommend this Apartment complex- Juan, the property manager is really cool and the whole office team actually listen to residents! Which makes such a difference when bringing issues to their attention. The community stays clean, and I really appreciate that the rules apply to everyone. There have been some other reviews talking about how the property is not family friendly. However it's not fair for those of us who don't have kids to have our patios reviewed and others with children to think that theirs do not have to follow the same rules within the lease. I didn't realize that some residents think that their occupancy consisting of small children means they are exempt from a tidy patio for example. No offense but if I can't have my cat tree on the patio then you can't have your children's toys. We all signed the same lease and are grown adults who can read. No favoritism, no exceptions and it means a lot to see things handled evenly and professional. It’s a big part of why this is such a great place to call home year after year and know that management like Juan and Ursula care.

  Decided to go visit this property for some comparisons in the Area, Ms. Ursula was an absolute joy to speak and tour with! Although the options were slightly out of my price range for what I was looking for, she was an absolute professional and made sure I had all of the information I needed to make a decision! Would absolutely recommend this property to my friends and colleagues and would point them straight to Ursula!

  NOT A KID FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT‼️‼️‼️ DO NOT RENT FROM HERE if you have SMALL kids with outside toys. RUN‼️‼️ I have been living here almost 5 years ( will not be renewing my lease) and have been harassed about my kids OUTSIDE toys that are located on the patio. Spoke with Juan & Ursula regarding the outside toys and the response they give is BS( plants, bikes, and patio furniture is the only thing allowed). Basically they want outside toys to be left in your apartment or inside the patio storage unit that’s located on the patio ( where storage bins are located, I thought that what it was for) but based off the response from the office that’s where outside toys should be located as well. Not even considering my kids go on the balcony to play , do a little chalk and enjoy the breeze. I informed Juan that I’m 34 weeks pregnant and I would not be moving the heavy car nor will I be storage it inside my house where I will be bringing a new born home to in less than 40 days.I advised him I was waiting on a call from his boss regarding the outside toys. PPLEASE save your time and money and stress if you have kids that will have outside toys because they obviously not a kid friendly environment. Oh yea my son got that car for Christmas 3 years ago and it’s been on the patio that long it wasn’t until recently they started making a big issue about it. Even though it’s been seating outside for 3 years 😵‍💫

  Living at Town Center Village has been a truly positive experience. The office staff are always welcoming, respectful, and genuinely care about residents. They are professional, responsive, and go out of their way to help with any questions or concerns. The maintenance team is outstanding. Work orders are completed quickly and efficiently, often faster than expected, and the quality of work is excellent. They are polite, knowledgeable, and always make sure everything is done right. I feel very grateful to be part of this community. Being surrounded by such supportive, hardworking, and kind people makes a real difference in daily life. Town Center Village truly feels like home, and I appreciate everyone who works here for making it such a great place to live.
