  Do NOT move here!!! Please save yourself some misery. My son currently lives here and his apartment has been flooded 3 days. There is water coming in from the rain. He can’t use his bathroom. The carpet is coming up, the cabinets are falling off. They have a horrible roach problem. The foundation is crumbling which has allowed the rain to flood his apartment. There has been no response from management. No urgency to fix anything. His dishwasher was leaking for 2 months previously before anyone showed up to fix it. He is still dealing with water everywhere. In addition to flooding, the air does not work. They have the audacity to expect rent in a timely manner and expect tenants to live in a flooded apartment. This is a fire hazard and they are not the least bit concerned. Please don’t move here! This is a SLUMLORD and they keep changing management with absolutely no improvements. Believe the negative reviews. Pictures enc
