  We have lived here for over a year now and it’s the worst complex either one of us has lived at. NOTHING in our unit could pass code inspection- electric, plumbing, construction. The foundation itself is uneven as our windows and balcony are separating. Last night a pipe burst in our unit and it has been over 12 hours and has not been fixed. We had to call the fire department to shut off the water valves as they were painted shut (code violation). Don’t be fooled by the gates, they don’t work and mgmt has no intention of fixing them even after all of the cases of attempted auto theft. My boyfriend can’t even park his car here safely anymore. Your unit could be on fire and they wouldn’t treat it with urgency. They only remodeled the front facing buildings because they caught on fire. If you sign a lease be sure you can also afford an attorney!

  You can tell that the front office is asking people to make reviews, the reviews are only about the office staff but not the complex and that is what we are looking for before we move in is how the property is going. Makes it very hard to want to rent here by not knowing the feedback from actual tenants. We don’t care about the staff…

  Cassie was truly magnificent with helping me get moved in. 100% hassle free and her customer service was the best. Very quick with responses, no matter the time. I definitely would recommend.
