    DO NOT MOVE HERE NO HEAT or AC for days. Won’t fix broken things. LIES LIES about everything Charging $99 for a technology package. Recently removed basic channels ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX. No notification on why the local channels were removed. Water is constantly turned off Meter catch fires and you have electricity for 6-7 days have to find placement for those days. Nothing to comp you. They asked how many days, electricity deposit to turn off and back on and how much food was lost. They said have to use insurance on the food and be end Dec credit will be added LIES. I will screenshot the email. Siding and roof damage from 2023 still not fixed. Every time it rains you will find pieces of siding and the roof on the ground. Large pieces of the roof and siding almost landed on me multiple times. Charging an amenity fee monthly, yet never got the pool running the entire summer or gym can’t use only office hours Roaches have now been appearing as well. Please note I have indeed notified the management team of these concerns via email, work orders, walking into the office speaking to staff and admin, and on the phone. They do not find solutions to problems. They will pretend to care and once you walk out, nothing is done. They promise to fix blinds for free if you take down bad reviews. Don’t happen You have cracked cabnit door then finally falls off they want to charge you to fix it. Apartments are not move in ready. NO storage like they advertise you will have. They will reply to reviews but you can’t talk to anyone in corporate. They won’t give corporate number to call them. ALL OFFICE STAFF LIES and DONT CARE.

    These apartments suck. Never fix anything. Never answer the phone. Never do anything they suppose to do. But they will charger you every chance they get. NO HOT WATER THE FIRST WEEK LIVING HERE. The girl said the maintenance people checked it and it was good, whole time THEY NEEDED A WHOLE NEW HOT WATER SYSTEM FOR THE WHOLE APARTMENTS. DO NOT MOVE HERE. THEY WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE MISERABLE

    Um. Yeah nah. First off, it looks very pretty there. But! The office is scary with their lack of organization and follow through. I toured the apartment, applied and had to hound them to get the next steps. It took 2 weeks to finally get the breakdown of prices. When I asked for clarification on a few things, I was told they would get back to me. I reached ack out 2 days later, again push back. I emailed and got nothing until I moved on to another complex. Now a whole month and half later, when I am gearing to move in the new complex, they call me and let me know my apartment is ready to be moved in... I haven't signed a lease and still didn't get the full breakdown of prices and never heard from them the whole time. Now imagine of I moved there and had an issue... I would be screwed.
