  Roaches everywhere on the property. You will not see them when you tour but know they will be your permanent roommates. The infestation is so bad at night when you pull up to your parking they relax on the sidewalk and sides of the building. Marijuana smell is everywhere management does nothing. Dog poop everywhere on the sidewalk, grass, and steps leading up the paths. Beautiful inside with the renovations but if you do any damage you will pay the price for a full replacement even minor damage such as their sticker floor peeling. Which is $1400 to fully replace because any damage done requires a full replacement that you will personally be funding for them. Renter beware office staff are nice their model units are nice but this place is not suitable for anybody especially young children and families.

  Came for a tour recently and I’m very impressed with how I was greeted and felt right at home within 10 seconds by leasing consultant Cynthia, she was very informative and took her time to show me around.

  Beautiful Apartments and good prices. I was extremely grateful to the Leasing Agent Cynthia she was very friendly and informative. I felt heard and beyond helped. Greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions nicely.

  Cynthia made my touring experience comforting and made me feel like I’m home already and can’t wait until my husband tours the apartment to apply ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
