From the moment I arrived, Brianna made me feel extremely welcomed. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor truly stood out and made a great impression on me. Because of her, I am strongly considering making this my new home and am just working to see what best fits my needs. I wanted to be sure that upper management was aware of the excellent service Brianna provided. She represents your community very well. Thank you for your time.

On top of the $50 non refundable application fee, they want a $200 holding fee upfront paid through debit. If you decide to change your mind about living there or are not accepted. They MAIL YOU A CHECK for the $200 they demand you pay through debit/credit to your old address that SHOULD arrive within 30 days instead of just putting it back into your bank account. This is the most ignorant thing I've ever heard of. As I'm relocating and don't even live at that address anymore. Also it's 7 hours away from this place. What a scam. Had I known I would NOT have gone through with the application. But they don't tell you that upfront. So I'm here to tell you now. Also the pool is disgusting and looks like it never gets cleaned.
