On top of the $50 non refundable application fee, they want a $200 holding fee upfront paid through debit. If you decide to change your mind about living there or are not accepted. They MAIL YOU A CHECK for the $200 they demand you pay through debit/credit to your old address that SHOULD arrive within 30 days instead of just putting it back into your bank account. This is the most ignorant thing I've ever heard of. As I'm relocating and don't even live at that address anymore. Also it's 7 hours away from this place. What a scam. Had I known I would NOT have gone through with the application. But they don't tell you that upfront. So I'm here to tell you now. Also the pool is disgusting and looks like it never gets cleaned.
