  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just want to say how thankful I am for El Lago Apartments here in McKinney. My situation isn’t exactly standard, and they really worked with me through everything. They showed understanding and patience when they didn’t have to, and that meant a lot. The apartment itself is great — clean, quiet, and comfortable. But what really stands out is how they handle things. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue, it’s been taken care of quickly. The maintenance guy has always been polite, respectful, and easy to talk to. No attitude, no dragging things out — just gets it done. It’s hard to find places that treat you like a human being instead of just a lease number. I’m genuinely grateful for the way they’ve handled my situation and how smooth everything has been. Very thankful to be here.

  They took 185$ out of my account told me I’d hear from a manager and stop answering!!! the Mexican lady in the office got mad that I was upset and start talking to me crazy! DO NOT MOVE HERE DO NOT APPLY !! They will take money out of your account and disrespect you afterwards. I now paid 2 application fees and two admin fees for nothing atall !!

  I love living here! It’s super quiet, well maintained, and management is VERY quick to take care of any issues. Special shout out to M’Leya who really goes above and beyond to be helpful.

  llevamos 4 meses aqui, necesitabamos un apt rapido por que nos mudamos de otro estado aqui y ni nos dieron un tour online y lo pedi varias veces. nos pusieron muchas trabas para poder rentar sin considerar el estado deprorable de los apartamentos, son muy viejos, tienen hasta alarmas y conecciones de telefonos de los años 90's que ni funcionan, las tuberias estan en muy mal estado. literal si las tocas se rompen, los gabinetes estan pintados con pintura de pared para no cambiarlos y tienen el vinil de las puertas del gabinete despegado, cada vez que salimos del apartamento los perros defecan por todos lados y los dueños no lo recogen en especial alrededor del area de la cancha de voleibol, varias veces lo he reportado y no hacen nada. Solo espero terminar el contrato para irme de aqui y que no me cobren por cosas que no deben cobrarme como a otros residentes les han pasado. deberian romper estos apartamentos y hacerlos nuevos.
