Recently, I was charged duplicate utility fees and two $50 non-compliance fees, even though I provided proof that utilities have been in my name since move-in. On-site management repeatedly dismissed my documentation and insinuated dishonesty, which I find unacceptable. Under Texas Property Code §92.0081 and §92.019, tenants are protected from wrongful or duplicate charges. As a law-abiding resident, I should not be penalized for internal clerical errors. This experience was stressful and unprofessional, and I hope corporate reviews how residents are treated in these situations.

How can someone who never was late magically be charged for a pet that does not exist. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! The breezeways are always filthy. The managment staff is completely clueless and the front office is worthless. They never have any real events, the trash compactor area is always over run with trash. Why even have valet trash when the one gut with the truck who does it will only pick up your trash if it does not have a whole in it. I am beyond pissed i wasted my time here. I am 100% sure the 5 stars reviews were paid for. There is a sucker born every minute. Mandy and Amy will sell you a dream and lie in your face after you sign your lease. Don't be like me.... STAY FAR Away from this place. As soon as i can reach corporate, they will really be in trouble.

Overall, Discovery at Craig Ranch feels like home — thanks to the wonderful team that keeps everything running smoothly.
