I encountered a few maintenance issues during move-in, and they were very quick to address them and kept me well informed throughout the process. I also unexpectedly found my car booted, as I believed I had completed the vehicle registration. After explaining the situation, the staff were extremely understanding—they waived the fee, removed the boot themselves, and helped me complete the registration properly after discovering system glitches. Overall, they have been nothing but helpful, communicative, and willing to take ownership when issues arise, which is unfortunately rare in property management these days.

Turn on Heater triggered Fire alarm, so stopped using it. dish washer do not work. Almost all faucets do not work properly. Washer dryer is very loud and noisy. Microwave was supposed to be replaced which never happened.

The staff is very rude and deceitful. They charge the tenants $35 per month for trash but never take out the trash, forcing the tenants to take it out themselves.
