The $300 application fee, plus $75 per person fee (understandable) plus the 2 bedroom unit being more expensive than a 3 bed 2 bath stand-alone home with garage make this place kinda obsolete and overpriced.

With thoughtful follow-up that resolved a pressing issue, Thomas has a great personality and commitment to taking the work seriously, thoroughly impressed me. In so many things in life, when it rains, it pours. Heavy rains this past year meant that a leak formed from the room into my ceiling of my apartment, a concern because experiencing rain indoors is not the way the shelter of one’s apartment is to work. While this inconvenient fact did not seem to be a matter of much concern for the previous management companies that were charged with helping me. I am so grateful for the exemplary work that led to my satisfaction and renewed comfort in my home; as we begin 2021 after a challenging year by any metric.
