However, I did get a notice of denial due to not meeting the "property's minimum rental requirements", to which it was never explained as to what they were, at the time of applying. We did inform the community representative of our situation, and were assured that the process would be seamless. Therefore, we felt comfortable paying all the upfront fees, only to get denied because of our said situation and are now out $450.00. I do not believe this to be fair and hope your personnel will receive more training for explaining exactly what your standards are, when others apply at your properties.
