  There isn’t an option for zero stars. Had ant issues for months, after complaining to the front office of how the unit was becoming un-livable because of the ant issues we were gaslight and told that it was our fault for the insane ant infestation. Ants were coming out of these micro holes in the flooring and I recommended that they have someone come and actually fix the pest issue but they declined to do anything. We moved out a month early and submitted work orders for them to fix all of the issues that they never fixed when we lived in the unit. The maintenance person closed our work orders refusing to fix any issues until our lease was over. 45 days after our lease ended I called asking for an update on my security deposit. They proceeded to tell me they mailed me the check a few weeks ago and took over $400 out of the security deposit without letting me know beforehand or supply just proof for the thievery. After speaking to the property manager they agreed to reverse the fees, but it has been an extra 3 weeks and I still don’t have my security deposit back. Legally they owed me a security deposit back 30 after my lease ended. It has been almost 2.5 months since my lease ended and I’m still waiting. It is not my responsibility for them to withhold and reissue a check for their severe incompetence. I’ve never lived somewhere where the people who work there truly don’t care about you or your experience living there.

  Really loved the house during the tour. Our sales lady was great and very knowledgeable. The $300 application fee, plus $75 per person fee (understandable) plus the 2 bedroom unit being more expensive than a 3 bed 2 bath stand-alone home with garage make this place kinda obsolete and overpriced.

  I would like to thank our NEW management team, Addison, Brittany and Noe for making our move into our new home wonderful! From making sure everything was move in ready, to maintenance coming out to an after hours call. We have been so pleased with everyone at Avilla! Thank you so much for everything. If you are searching for a new place, I would definitely recommend Avilla Northside! 5 Stars here!!
