  At first communication was not good, after we expressed our expectations, communicatin was great. We were put into a bind after finding out we were offered the wrong loan, Michael did a good job in getting this fixed and us on track. We had a scheduled closing date and missed it twice because of underwriting asking for documents last minute and at a point for a cash gift of great value, we were told of the possibility of needing one, but not one as high as the underwriters then asked. After expressing our unsatisfaction over these last minute demands, Michael stepped up and helped us settle the underwriters demands. Overall the experience was good because Michael did overall helped us close on our home after a very stressful closing in the end.

  David Rivera along with the team at Movement Mortgage are extremely patient with buyers and so knowledgeable! They’re experts in their field and are always prepared in case an “out of the box” idea is needed to save the deal! My buyers have had great experiences with them and I appreciate the hard work they do to make home buying experience smooth and easy!!
