  Quiero agradecer a Carlos por su excelente trabajo como asesor inmobiliario. Nos mostró muy buenas opciones, y gracias a su orientación mi esposo y yo encontramos una propiedad que realmente cumplió con lo que buscabamos, tanto que decidimos comprarla.   As a novice homebuyer, who also had negative experiences with other real estate agents, finding Carlos was our path to a home. He is detailed and thorough, does his homework to help you make smart decisions and goes out of his way to ensure you're represented well. In my recent experience, we had an issue last minute which required a survey to be done. Within 24 hours, using his network and skills, we had someone lined up to do it. Carlos took care of all those little details behind our back and streamlined the experience. My loan officer pointed out that without that timely act, we couldn't have closed when we did. I was recommended Carlos by a friend who was impressed by Carlos when she represented a client to Carloss client. And she was impressed with his ethic and work. When we had a issue which the city needed to weigh in, by the time I arrived, they were already called. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to any one, and especially if you're new to this world of home buying.

  Carlos is WAAAYY more than just our real estate agent. He takes care of absolutely everything for us, taking a whole bunch of burden off our backs! These days, it seems as if real estate agents are "too busy" to answer your calls. Carlos will make sure he is there every step of the way!! If we're selling our home, he's always there for any questions or concerns. Deadlines? No need to worry, Carlos is on it! If we're buying or renting a home, Carlos always makes sure he's ready to show you around every house you want. I don't know how he does it, never seems to be in a rush, but it's ALWAYS there for his clients! Carlos is ready to help with whatever you need, and has a long list of trusted colleagues to guide you through the process. An absolute wonderful person, inside and out!! It's like he's family. Like I said, not just a real estate agent.... Carlos will become a wonderful and loving friend! Thank you for everything Carlos!! ❤️
