Kali (sales) has been the absolute best through this whole process being very supportive and answering every single question I have had. Jordan (manager) has also worked really hard with us through it all and made everything fit together. The whole team has done great to make sure there is constant communication and that things are actually getting done. We truly got lucky with this home center and highly recommend to ALL!

Seems as if that’s where the cost is made up from because their homes are affordable, otherwise. Ask for the land proposal. You might be surprised at the charges for an installation of an electrical pole, for example. Be sure hold off on agreeing to anything until you see it. The property in question was $15,100 and the land construction cost was $19,100, for example. Clayton has a company they deal with specifically for land construction but advises you can find another company. However, there are time limits of course because of the land has to close by a certain date.
