Shea walked us through all the floor plans and helped us find our beautiful home and took his time walking us through the homes and financing options. Our contractor Mason was also amazing and took his job very seriously to make sure our home was as perfect as it could be prior to closing and answered all maintenance questions. Steve has been great and helped us with our warranties questions and made himself available. I would pick this builder and neighborhood one hundred times over. I couldn’t be more happy. Also, side note no issues with the neighborhood internet. It has been working perfectly

Cody our construction manager was great throughout the entire process of our home being built. He continuously gave us updates and made sure that everything met his standards. He was always available for questions and took the time to ensure all our concerns during inspection were addressed.
