  Farren Fox spent several months working with me and my husband to help us find a new home. Our journey led us to many small towns, ranches, and subdivisions, and Farren was always patient, helpful, honest, and fun to work with! When the home we planned to buy experienced damage from the February 2021 winter storm, she made every effort to communicate with the sellers' agent to ensure repairs were completed in a timely fashion and we could still close as soon as possible. She has continued to be helpful to us after closing, guiding us on finding a renovation contractor and repair companies for some of the home's unique features. We would absolutely, 100 percent work with her again!!

  Signed a contract with Farren and then didn't hear from her. No progress reports from her. Tried to contact her before listing expired. She did not respond to phone calls or texts. I do not recommend this agency.

  Drove all the way out for an appointment with Kathrine Clay to look at a property and the property is under contract! She said she texted us... no text or call. What a waste of time and so unprofessional. Kathrine called a apologized that day asking if there was anything she could do to make it up to us. There was not, but her apology was sincere. All is forgiven. Hope she makes it a priority to notify potential buyers better of any changes before they drive over an hour out to look at a property. I added 2 stars because it is always a good thing to admit you messed up.
