  I’ve lived at several apartments and maintenance here is by far the best ! They get everything done in a timely manner , always happy and in a great mood . They know we have babies so they come and respect taking their shoes off when entering our place and it’s been a great pleasure to have them as our maintenance staff. Thank you so much GEO !!!!! You guys are all amazing .

  we are new residents & our time here so far has been peaceful. Beyoncé supported our move & she was very knowledgeable and guided us to the perfect place for us! She went above & beyond to see that every question was answered and request was filled. Her support helped make the move smooth! We have had a few maintenance requests and they are always timely with making sure everything is fixed! The community is quiet. One downside rn is visitor parking but we are hopeful that won't be a challenge for too long due to construction. Another is the dog poo thats all around the complex. Otherwise, have heard great things about the is complex & so far they are living up to it!

  The experience we had with Cobblestone Apartments was exceptional. There are great amenities and the property is beautiful and well maintained. Such a wonderful view to that amazing Lake! I would like to express my gratitude to Juan, who has gone above and beyond. His incredible welcome and responsiveness made the tour feel smooth and personalized. Juan was very attentive to detail and had incredible willingness to assist with every question we had.

  I placed my work order for an air filter on 2/4/26 around 11am at 3:47 Geo came, (SUPER nice and extremely professional) to change my air filter on 2/4/26. The maintenance crew is always in tip top shape in my opinion. And I value their hard work. This property is huge and no telling how many requests they get in a weeks time more or less than a day. So I said that to say THANK YOU COBBLESTONE PARK MAINTENANCE!!! For ALL THAT YOU ALL DO! MAY GOD KEEP YOU ALL 🫶🏽

  If i could leave zero stars or a neg rating i would. I do not and will never recommend these apts to anyone not even my worst enemy. Other apts in the area may seem like the cost more but they won’t after Cobblestone add their “additional fees”. Affordable is a lie, the Appliances are white old used rusted and recycled these the same appliances from the start of Covid and they weren’t new than. They are not doing walk through of these units they just sent maintenance n a cleaning crew. Upon move in the fridge leaked, baseboard under kitchen sink missing, one of the stove top was damaged, ceiling fan only going one speed to the the tub dripping to the toilet not flushing properly and can’t put toilet paper down the toilet. All they did was come snake the toilet but still not solution still doing the same thing to this day. They dnt info you if the unit is over garages which belongs to others that you will hear/feel the vibration of them garages go up and down AT ALL TIMES ESPECIALLY EARLY MORNING. Resident parking is TRASH, you will walk far or be forced into a garage or car port which is barely available too. They pick and choose when they wanted to communicate back and they will over charge you on fees they came but i have two pest admin fees every month. You have to pay two trash fees and a admin fee on trash sewer n water. Never would i thought I’ll say pearland apts are better options.
