  If this is your last resort, then go for it! While the leasing agent was nice enough, a series of events had me explaining a lot which I didn't feel was necessary and I never did get to see the apartment after doing all that explaining. I left super upset and had a good cry in the car. I had an appointment to see the apartment but did not get that opportunity. I absolutely hate making negative reviews, but lately people/companies have pushed me there. I refuse to be quiet. I can't get any part of my administrative fee back, which you guys did nothing administrative at all! What is the administration fee before? Why are you charging that upfront and you're not returning it and then I can't get any return calls from the management company? Terrible business practices.

  I had a great move-in experience at Cobblestone Park Apartments. The entire process was efficient and quick, which made a potentially stressful day feel smooth and manageable. Ashlee was especially helpful she was on point with answering all of my questions and made sure everything was clear from start to finish. Her professionalism and responsiveness really made my move-in process easy. I truly appreciate the excellent service and look forward to living here!

  I had a tour of Cobblestone Park Apartments and it was very nice and clean! I was impressed with how beautiful the property was. They even have a nice lake with a trail that you can walk on. The apartment that I toured was clean and big. I enjoyed my tour with Marleen. She made she to give me all the information that I needed.

  I am looking to move to Houston for work and I went on a tour of Cobblestone Park Apartments. Marleen gave me a tour of the apartment and she was very sweet and kind. She made me feel like this could be a home for my kids and I. I also like the area of the apartments. It it close to a lot of shopping areas and nice schools. I would recommend touring this apartment and especially with Marleen.
