    Great place to live! The apartments are clean, quiet, and well maintained. The management and maintenance teams are friendly and responsive, and the location is really convenient. Overall, a great community and I’d definitely recommend living here!

    I’ve been at The Grand at Manor Apartments for years. Great location in Manor. Quiet area since the city is growing but still an easy drive to Austin. Shoutout to Liz the property manager for always being helpful. Happy to call it home.

    One time, I went to visit my family member for my small vacation in Austin anyways I like this place, pool and gym room and I do love to visit them again.

    Quiero dejar constancia de mi experiencia porque me parece muy injusta y poco profesional. Cuando dejamos el apartamento, fuimos personalmente a confirmar si teníamos algún balance pendiente y Kiara la persona que nos atendió nos aseguró que no debíamos nada. Confiamos en esa información y nos retiramos tranquilos. Tiempo después, recibimos una notificación de collections diciendo que existía una deuda, la cual además incluía cargos adicionales y un fee extra. Esto nunca nos lo informaron en su momento, y si hubiéramos recibido la información correcta desde el principio, lo habríamos pagado inmediatamente y evitado todo este problema. Lo más decepcionante fue que, al contactar nuevamente a la oficina, no asumieron responsabilidad por el error ni por la mala orientación brindada. Simplemente nos dijeron que debíamos resolverlo directamente con el collector, cuando esta situación ocurrió claramente por una falla de su personal y su manejo administrativo. La falta de comunicación clara, la desinformación y la poca disposición para solucionar un problema que ellos mismos causaron demuestra una atención al cliente deficiente y una gestión muy poco profesional. Espero que tomen medidas para que otros residentes no pasen por una situación similar.

    Lived here 3.5 years, was first tenant in the unit when the building was first opened. First couple years were pretty good. Typical leasing company, but the management had fun activities for the community every month, sometimes had food trucks come to the property. Tenants were generally clean, quiet and courteous. Then it was sold to Presidium and that's when it went to crap. Lower income financial assist tenants were being moved in, dog urine in the stairwells, dog feces all over the grassy areas of the premises even though there is bags and waste receptacles provided, trash in the hallways, fluid stains and smells from leaking garbage because they FORCE the tenants into 'trash valet' and people do not care about community and are nasty. The hallways are open air but covered - maintenance came through with a pressure washer every 3-4 months, but those last couple months were absolutely disgusting - urine and funk smells baking in the Texas heat wafting in your nose the moment you step out your door until you get to the stairwell exit. Internet is provided and my particular building had several periods in time when it was out ranging from a few hours to a week on one occasion. Work from home? Nope, had to go elsewhere. They would come for inspections in what seemed like 2-3 times a year. The timeframes they provided were often not met and rescheduled, further inconveniencing tenants with more entrance notices. We moved in with a cat, paid the pet security deposit, it was elderly cat that passed a year in - after a few months we got a small dog, informed them - paid ANOTHER pet deposit. We paid our rent on time and in full every month for the entire time. On leaving we cleaned up the apartment, filled in nail holes, cleaned the carpets, left nothing behind. This management company NEVER sent us any kind of bill or itemized list of any charges. A couple months go by, we get one deposit check in the mail and no other notice or communication from them - nice, thanks! Another couple months go by we get a second check for the amount of the second pet deposit. I electronically submit it to cash, THEY STOPPED PAYMENT ON THE CHECK THEY SENT, again no notice and no communication at all. Now I am receiving communication from a debt collection firm for 'unpaid fees'. I was never once informed about any fees by mail, email or phone - NEVER. I've been a renter for 20 years and have prided myself on always paying on time, being in compliance and leaving the residence in a good state that I've always received my security deposits back. Now, I don't care if they keep the deposits for whatever reason they deem necessary (I expect it from any leasing company), but what I do care about is that they are so low that they damage someone's credit by NEVER INFORMING them that 'fees' are owed and shipping off to a creditor. I have good credit and it's now damaged by incompetent management of Presidium. The TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars paid on time and in full weren't good enough to get the same treatment in return. If I had been informed by a simple call or letter from Grand at Manor, I would have paid immediately. Garbage, I suggest you find a property not managed by Presidium.
