They are thieves.

When I first visited the complex, everything seemed fine at first, but I quickly noticed cars parked on the side of the road because they would get towed if left in the parking lot. That was my first red flag. I asked to see one of the apartments again to compare which one I liked better, and the leasing agent told me she didn’t have time because she had emails to answer. She said I could go by myself, which I didn’t feel comfortable doing—especially since I was trying to make a major decision. I went ahead and paid the application fee, and after that… nothing. I never heard back. I called the office multiple times, even tried reaching the manager, but her phone didn’t even have a voicemail—just a beep, then it hung up. I stopped by in person several times, and the office was never open. Eventually, I went to my bank, explained the situation, and they refunded my application fee. Honestly, I’m glad I didn’t move in—if they’re that careless with an application fee, I can only imagine how they treat actual tenants. Bottom line: DON’T move here. They’re unprofessional, unresponsive, and not worth your time.
