  I’ve had the pleasure of working with Samis, a Sales Consultant with Toll Brothers, and I cannot say enough about her professionalism and dedication. She goes above and beyond to make the process smooth, not only for me as a Realtor but, most importantly, for my clients. Samis is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. She takes the time to explain every detail clearly and makes sure buyers feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. My clients truly appreciated how attentive and caring she was, and it made the entire experience so much easier for them. It’s not often you find someone who combines expertise with such genuine care, but Samis does exactly that. I look forward to working with her again and would highly recommend her to anyone considering a Toll Brothers home!

  I’m relocating from New Jersey and was pretty uncertain about where to buy a home with so many options out there. I’ve been looking around The Woodlands and nearby areas, and I came across Woodhavyn on YouTube, so I decided to check it out. When I visited Toll Brothers, I was greeted by Sam, and it honestly felt like she already knew me. That kind of warm, personal touch is rare these days, and it was really refreshing. She was professional, super knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable right away. I’ll definitely be coming back with my wife to take another look. Beautiful model.

  My partner and I have been exploring different communities around the greater Houston area and came across this new Toll Brothers development—and we’re so glad we did! After touring the model home and exploring the community, we were immediately sold. We had the pleasure of working with Sam, the sales consultant who greeted us when we first arrived. From the very beginning, she has been amazing to work with. Building a new home can feel overwhelming, but Sam has made the entire process pleasant and stress-free. She takes the time to walk us through each step, provides clear and thorough explanations, and is always quick to respond. On top of that, she has been incredibly accommodating with our busy schedules. We are set to break ground in the coming weeks, and we couldn’t be more excited for what the future holds. We highly recommend working with Sam if you’re considering building with Toll Brothers!

  I visited the Toll Brothers Woodhaven community today and really liked the Fenton home, which my husband and I were seriously interested in building. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. The woman who helped us was dismissive, corrected me distastefully on my grammar, and rushed off to another customer without even letting us fill out a guest card — when I asked, she struggled to pull it up even though hard copies were available. As a Black, gay veteran with autism, the way we were treated felt unprofessional, degrading, and personal. We came in ready to move forward on the Fenton floor plan, but instead we left feeling unwelcome. This not only reflects poorly on the brand but also raises concerns about Fair Housing compliance. The only positive was Sarah, who was kind and respectful, but overall this experience has pushed us away from Toll Brothers completely.
