I agree 1000% with all of the other 1 star reviews stating that the houses were made cheap & that they paid zero attention to actually making sure things were installed properly, which makes no sense since they have to pay for someone to come back and use up more materials than if they would’ve just done it right to begin with…. The “luxury” vinyl floors installed are CRAP. And why is vinyl installed in bathrooms, kitchens and laundry rooms where water is bound to get on the floors? I am also not pleased with the fact that when we originally moved in, our trash bill was included in our HOA fee. Considering there is no pool or no fun things about this neighborhood besides a crappy playground, the only thing that made our $650 HOA bill worth it was the fact that trash was included. Now we have received word that our trash bill is now SEPARATE, totaling $420 for the year and then we’re still responsible for the $650 HOA bill on top of that is absolutely ridiculous. Where’s the money going???? Back into the pockets of the builder. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Make it right & take back the responsibility of the trash bill or lower our HOA bill. Absolutely insane.

DO NOT BUY HERE. The houses are falling apart. Put in warranty they refuse to do anything and then half ass everything!the back door was rotten within 1 year water kept coming in damaging the floor(I have pics) the floors up start pins like the house is 100 years old. The stairs wasn’t built correctly so it wasn’t supported. It’s a whole big mess. Don’t do it!!!!

From the very first day we received our home, we noticed that the vinyl flooring was already lifting. We reported the issue the following day. However, it wasn’t until 20 days after we had moved into the property that someone was finally sent to inspect the problem. The technician who conducted the inspection informed me that he would be writing a report recommending the replacement of a large portion of the vinyl flooring. Weeks went by with no response, so I continued sending emails asking for the issue to be addressed, especially since we were still within the “WARRANTY” period. At one point, another so-called “inspector” (whose name I was never given) showed up at the house. He only made a few minor adjustments that were completely unrelated to the problem we had reported. He never thoroughly assessed the condition of the floor or conducted a proper technical evaluation. Some time later, I received a report containing a completely baseless conclusion, with no evidence or technical justification, attempting to place the blame for the damaged flooring on us. I find it unacceptable that such serious claims are made without a proper investigation, while our previous communications and the original report recommending replacement of the defective material were ignored from the start. This situation demonstrates not only a severe lack of professionalism, but also negligence and a clear intent to avoid responsibility. I am deeply disappointed and upset by the treatment we’ve received, and by the attitude of a company that clearly has no interest in honoring its promises. I would appreciate it if anyone in this community could let me know if there is a regulatory body or external agency where I can escalate this issue, as I am completely dissatisfied with how CENTEX has handled this warranty claim. Personally, I would never recommend purchasing a home built by CENTEX. They promise quality and support, but what they actually deliver is a frustrating experience, lack of accountability, and senseless excuses to avoid honoring their guarantees. The level of service they provide is truly shameful and disappointing.

My one-year warranty just expired and before it expired, Centex did a great job contacting me a head of time and started the process of a walk through to see what work needed to be done. Cory, Carla, and the vendors did a fantastic job with this task. Definitely bragging about them and their efforts.
