    This builder is making Fraud. What they promised (low interest rate, $5000 gift card) before we secured house and what started happening after. Our rate increased, we had to pay to get a giftcard - but we still wanted to proceed) We paid deposit of $2000 for home at xxxxx Arrow Leaf Dr and started working with Builders lender. Our closing date was 20 of FEB. Lender was asking for more and more and delayed approval. We advised builder that closing date should be rolled at least on 2 weeks after we get approval. Because constructor told us he needs at least 10 days fixing issues after inspection. So - unexpectedly we got our confirmation on 19 of FEB and manager Rodney started to force us to sign contract or pay $125 a day until we do. We were trying to explain that it does not feels fair and makes us uncomfortable to sign without inspection within 1 days. We immediately scheduled inspection on Monday and purchased tickets to Houston (we move from California) - but Rodney says whether pay everyday fees or they he just cancels contract and keep deposit. Never deal with those builders. Seems they don’t care and their goal is to keep deposit and make a troubles for those who is arranging independent inspections.

    Just let you know, ask all taxes before you buy here, Decker Praire MUD tax is 1.5% for 100$ which is about 4-5K $(Average around the area is 0.5%).In addition to this, water bill cost you over 100$ due to services not from usage

    I agree 1000% with all of the other 1 star reviews stating that the houses were made cheap & that they paid zero attention to actually making sure things were installed properly, which makes no sense since they have to pay for someone to come back and use up more materials than if they would’ve just done it right to begin with…. The “luxury” vinyl floors installed are CRAP. And why is vinyl installed in bathrooms, kitchens and laundry rooms where water is bound to get on the floors? I am also not pleased with the fact that when we originally moved in, our trash bill was included in our HOA fee. Considering there is no pool or no fun things about this neighborhood besides a crappy playground, the only thing that made our $650 HOA bill worth it was the fact that trash was included. Now we have received word that our trash bill is now SEPARATE, totaling $420 for the year and then we’re still responsible for the $650 HOA bill on top of that is absolutely ridiculous. Where’s the money going???? Back into the pockets of the builder. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Make it right & take back the responsibility of the trash bill or lower our HOA bill. Absolutely insane.

    DO NOT BUY HERE. The houses are falling apart. Put in warranty they refuse to do anything and then half ass everything!the back door was rotten within 1 year water kept coming in damaging the floor(I have pics) the floors up start pins like the house is 100 years old. The stairs wasn’t built correctly so it wasn’t supported. It’s a whole big mess. Don’t do it!!!!
