  This place WAS good. Close to campus and I got a good deal on my rent but I’ve been having roommate problems for the past 7 months and the main office has done little to nothing about it even after telling them and giving pictures of my roommate(s) leaving full trash bags in our living room for weeks and it smelling up the place. Garbage all over the floors, the kitchen a mess for weeks with meat, sauces, and other gunk all over the place, the sinks full of dirty dishes, and them smoking weed. After multiple asks for them to do something about it, it feels like all they got was a slap on the wrist. The last few times I have been to the office, they said they would look into it but I wouldn’t hear anything back and that “I share the space with them so it’s a collective effort to take care of the living area” but they’re adults and I’m not their mom. I’m not cleaning up after them, they need to take responsibility and my roommate still continues to act this way even after I have talked to him directly and even after all this, I’ll still get fined for something that isn’t mine since it’s a “collective effort” to take care of the living space.

  A good price and near campus, with a bus to and from campus as well!

  They have really quick maintenance and are always having a fun and FREE activities in the common areas!

  At TTU, this is 100% the best place to live. The apartments, staff, and gym are amazing. They also have a nice pool and jacuzzi!

  Its honestly a good place and the people here really try to get residents to socialize and have fun with events throughout the year. The staff is friendly and always willing to help.
