- RRRocíoOct 18, 20252.0Two starts because of the location, but really is not worth the money. I've visited other aparment complexes for the same price, they are way better than ULofts. The pipes are always clogged, the furniture is quite fragile and uncomfortable, but the worst problem of all are the cockroaches: small, medium, large; of all sizes and colors. No matter how many times you complain and they fumigate, at the end of the day, you'll find them even in your bedroom closet. The office hours are also a problem; the workers are very friendly, but if you need something after 5 p.m. (the office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.), you won't find anyone there; and if it's Saturday, forget it because they're rarely open on Saturdays, even though their schedule says they're only closed on Sundays.

I have made constant complaints to management and they do nothing about it. Residents leaving trash everywhere is exactly where all these cockroaches are coming from. At my first appointment, I was told that it was only a “welcome day” and was turned away. At the second appointment, I was informed that “no rooms were available” and once again sent away with just two pieces of paper. When I asked why I was brought there without being informed beforehand that no rooms were available, I didn't even receive a response. This situation caused me significant financial and time loss, as I had already spent considerable money traveling to your institution on two separate occasions. For an institution that positions itself as a high-profile establishment, such treatment and lack of communication are deeply disappointing and unacceptable.
