My neighbor's dog urinated & defecated off the balcony & onto my private yard on such a such a regular basis that it not only killed the grass & left me with a mess to clean up, but also resulted in a permanent urine lining on the edges of my patio. Mgmt did absolutely nothing about it. I sent them video of urine raining down on my patio...and all they did was inform me that they'd talk to the resident.
