- MCm cabreraMar 19, 20211.0This place is HORRIBLE, granted they will do what they can to get you into a home but afterwards it’s all downhill, our plumbing was done incorrectly and when I called to complain I was told they paid $400 for someone to do it (not a licensed plumber) and this was a “convenience” that they did not have to offer/do, then the breaker box didn’t have a connection for the ac unit, now the water heater is defective!! That’s not to mention the loose walls, falling down trimming, or anything else they consider “small” This place is a joke, the customer service part is mediocre and I have never regretted anything more than going with Clayton for my “New” home! Save yourself the trouble and go with someone who cares and keeps their promises, this should have been one of the happiest experiences of our lives and so far it’s been a nightmare!
