- JHJordan HarmonDec 14, 20254.04.5 but I can't figure out how to set it. Leasing and maintenance are the best I've ever dealt with all throughout living in Virginia, DC, and Georgia. Extremely friendly and even minimal requests are handled quicker than expected if their workload is low. But I've never waited more than a day for a response from both in my 6 months of living here. The pool is great and kept truly spotless. I think I've seen a leaf, twice. The grounds are kept just as nice aside from the occasional missed dog droppings from owners. The parking has never been an issue and I'm pretty sure my entire building is full at the moment. My only complaint keeping it from being a perfect 5 stars is that it's a typical newer build and I'm not sure about the town homes but the apartments definitely let noise travel. Albeit it's very rare. It's definitely noticeable.

The staff was great, gym was well stocked, pool was beautiful and our neighbors were wonderful! Only reason we left was to buy our first house and have a yard for the dogs.
