- RDRahul DApr 18, 20251.0Pulte Home Builders are cheaters — plain and simple. I’m a first-time homebuyer, and they completely took advantage of that. From the very first tour, I told them one of the trees looked like it was dying. We did a scratch test together, and even then, they admitted it was only “40% alive.” I raised the issue again on closing day, and they still insisted it was healthy — just to close the deal. A month after closing, I followed up again. Same excuse. Now, after winter, the tree is clearly dead. And their response? “It’s out of warranty.” They now expect me to pay for a new tree — even though I brought it up multiple times. They knowingly misled me, ignored my concerns, and now won’t take any responsibility. The construction manager ghosted me, and the rest of their team stopped replying the moment the sale was done. Their customer service is nonexistent, their promises are worthless, and they clearly just want your money. Pulte Homes lies, cheats, and walks away once you’ve signed the papers. They have no integrity, no accountability, and no respect for buyers — especially first-timers. Stay far away from Pulte. They do not care about you only the sale Don’t even bother trying their customer service. They’re of no use
- KDKaran DalalApr 15, 20252.0We bought our first home with Pulte at Spiritas Ranch but our main problem with the home is poor landscaping job. Puddles of water form on the sides of the home shortly after rainfall which leads to mosquito problems. Warranty department does not entertain this issue by saying that this is normal. This was brought up over and over again and every time they would have a new excuse such as your neighbor is watering their yard too frequently which causes the issue or that there is not enough sunlight on the sides and so forth. I have friends in the neighborhood who own a Pulte home as well and they have the same issue with their homes. Why is it that only Pulte homes have this issue in the entire community? I checked the rest of the homes from other builders personally and none of them have this issue. We even brought in a warranty inspector and he had the same comments.
