Just closed on my house with Pulte group and we had a great experience from the sales person Steven, to the construction manager Brad Quinter and Caleb. I will highly recommend Pulte group and they had great incentives that I did not see with other builders. I also love their guaranty. We went with their lander which they have in house, that was a big plus!!!

My husband and I had such a smooth and positive home buying experience, and we’re incredibly grateful to the entire team who helped make it happen.
Steve (sales associate) was amazing from the start—when the home we originally wanted went off the market the same day we planned to see it, he quickly stepped in and helped us find an even better option that ended up being perfect for our family. His guidance and responsiveness made all the difference.
Eric, our construction manager, has also been outstanding. He’s taken the time to walk us through every step of the construction process, explaining everything clearly and making us feel confident and informed along the way. You can truly tell he cares about both the quality of the home and the experience of his clients.
What stood out the most was how seamlessly everyone worked together. Steve and Eric were in great communication and collaborated so well with our realtor, Brendan and his team which made the entire process feel easy and stress-free.
We’re so excited to start this new chapter in our home as our family continues to grow.
