- YBYash boravelliAug 1, 20231.0Gabby and team are so profit oriented. They gave us a price of the home and we gave a check to lock in the price for a week. Just as it expired and wanted to sign the contract, they increased the price by 50k coz we were so attached to the home. They could have mentioned that this was going to happen but never did.They mentioned it was not any trick, but it was just that. Katrina, her manager was so unattached too. They have very bad sales tactics as experienced by others who bought the home prior to us. They also drop the prices as needed and your home value could drop significantly if you bought earlier. There is nothing premium about them, do yourself a favor and choose other options. Santa Rita is a great community. We went with another builder and never regretted it so far.
