  Writing this to warn others when visiting. I was visiting Toll Brothers to look at a new home for my parents. I was thrown from the golf cart they drive you around in when the sales rep made an unnecessary quick left turn that dislodged the seat on the golf cart and threw me out the right side of the vehicle. What concerns me the most is the complete lack of concern or follow up from Toll Brothers regarding this incident. I have made a request 5 days ago to speak with someone from Toll Brothers, yet not one person has reached out to me regarding this incident. This is a 55+ community and the the situation could have been a lot worse. I'm appalled at Toll Brothers lack of concern, no incident report, no follow up to my requests. Very sad to see a company who makes very bad decisions and allows for increased liability by driving people around, but also very poorly run as they cannot make a simple call or follow up after an incident like this. The community is beautiful, the homes are beautiful. Toll Brothers, however needs to address my request and address this liability.
